Male Publishing Corp. in New York, N.Y. which was owned by Martin Goodman the publsher of Marvel Comics and many men's adventure magazines.

This was the only issue of this magazine to appear. 82 pages on quality, slick paper unlike most of Goodman's publications that were usually on newsprint and is chock full of cheesecake photos by top photographes like Andre De Dienes, Peter Bash, Peter Gowland, Russ Meyer and Bernard of Hollywood.
